Is this the unauthorized practice of law?

No. Every deliverable is prepared for review under your direct supervision. Motionmaxx is a subcontractor to your practice, not a substitute for it.

Who actually does the work?

Every deliverable is handled in-house, in the U.S., under your direct supervision from intake to final draft. Nothing is outsourced overseas.

Where in Florida do you work?

Statewide. We're based in Tampa Bay and know the 13th and 6th judicial circuits especially well, but we take matters across the state.

What if I only need help once?

Hourly billing has no minimums. Use us for one deposition summary or an entire caseload, whichever fits.
